Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.12456 of 2023 dated 28.08.2023 made in Crl.RC.(MD)No.961 of 2023 directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. pending revision.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. 4.The condition to appear before the trial Court once in a month is necessary. This Court finds no merit to entertain this petition and there is no reason to relax the condition.
5.In view of the pendency of the appeal, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
