This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnors / respondents for their willful disobedience of the order dated 29.11.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.28617 of 2024.
2. Heard, the learned Counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the knowledge of this Court that the writ appeal has been filed as against the order dated 29.11.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.28617 of 2024 and the order of stay has been passed in the writ appeal. 4.Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to reopen the contempt petition, if the writ appeal is dismissed.
