O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the properties situated in S.Nos.345/5A1 and 345/5A2 situated at Karadikkal Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District by considering the his representation, dated 22.05.2025. 2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the Petitioner, the subject property is his ancestral property and patta for the subject property stand in the name of Petitioner's father and two others in Patta No.2497. The Petitioner submitted a representation before the respondents on 22.05.2025 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the Petitioner has not submitted any online application and therefore, his request has not been considered.

5.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to submit an online application to the fist respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such online application, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, co -pattadhars Iyyavu and Selvam and other interested parties, if any, within a further period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of online application from the Petitioner..

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
