ORDER

These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed against the fair order and decreetal order, dated 01.12.2018 made in I.A.Nos.993 and 994 of 2018 in O.S.No.567 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Lalgudi.

2. Both sides counsel are present. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the Judgment, dated 07.02.2023 made in O.S.No.567 of 2018, in which the Civil Revision Petitions are arising.

3. On perusal of the copy of the Judgment it is seen that the suit itself has already been dismissed on merits and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these matters.

4. In view of the same, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
