The petitioner with a grievance that his complaint, dated 14.06.2025 as against the fourth respondent has not been enquired by the respondent police has filed this petition, seeking a direction to the respondent police to take action on his complaint. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint that his son/the fourth respondent herein is insisting him to settle some of his properties. The respondent police have enquired the same in CSR No.386 of 2025 and during the enquiry, the fourth respondent has submitted that the issue is otherwise, this petitioner has misbehaved with the fourth respondent's workers and therefore, he has condemned the behaviour of this petitioner, for which the petitioner has lodged this false complaint. The learned Government Advocate further submits that as per the statement of the fourth 2/5

respondent, he is not demanding any property from the petitioner and therefore, they have closed the complaint of this petitioner. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to provide a copy of the final report to this petitioner, enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner in law. 27.06.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes vrn 3/5
