ORDER
The prayer in this Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's land and issue Patta in her favour in respect of house site property in Grama Natham, Old S.F.No.322/Pa, New S.F.No.567/3, for an extent of 438 square feet, situated at Thanitchiyam Village, Vaadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2019, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.M.Palani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Anand, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.The petitioner, in order to survey the land and to identify the boundaries and to issue Patta to her in respect of house site property in Grama Natham, Old S.F.No.322/Pa, New S.F.No.567/3, for an extent of 438 square feet, situated at Thanitchiyam Village, Vaadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, had made a representation to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.17374 of 2019 first respondent on 11.07.2019 and hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, if the said representation is decided by the first respondent and a decision is taken thereon, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court, the petitioner would be satisfied.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that, the said representation of the petitioner, dated 11.07.2019, would be decided by the first respondent, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition, with the consent of both the parties, at the stage of admission itself, with the following direction:- The first respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.07.2019 and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
