: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction or Order directing the first respondent to register the document namely the Sale Deed dated 15.09.2016, presented for registration in respect of premises bearing T.S.No.201/3, Ward No. 3, Block No.4, 3rd Street Kamatchiamman Temple, Karur admeasuring 1456 square feet executed by the Petitioner's Vendor Mrs. Malathy on her behalf and her son's behalf in favour of the Petitioner and return the document to the petitioner after completing all the formalities of the registration.
