ORDER

The petitioner is the wife of the third respondent. The petitioner has given a complaint dated 09.05.2021 before the second respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that no action has been taken on the said complaint.

2.When the matter was taken up for final disposal, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that action in accordance with law will be taken on the petition mentioned representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
