ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to disburse the Chief Minister's Relief Fund for the death of her husband, within the time stipulated by this Court, by considering her petition, dated 31.01.2012. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The case of the petitioner is that her husband, who was working as a Head Constable under the third respondent Department, met with an accident, due to which, he succumbed to injuries. Seeking Chief Minister's Relief Fund for the death of her husband, the petitioner sent a representation, dated 30.01.2012 to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on merits.

5.In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 31.01.2012 seeking Chief Minister's Relief Fund for the death of her husband and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
