O. P. (MD) No. 8079/2020 in so far as directing the Petitioner to vacate the shop on or before 30.11.2020 is concerned. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time to vacate the shop for further period of three months thereby modifying the conditional order dated 24.08.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8079 of 2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for vacating the shop is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing with the anticipatory bail granted by this Court shall stand cancelled automatically.
