O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order and decreetal order in I.A.No.2 of 2020 in O.S.No.193 of 2003 on the file of Sub-Court, Thoothukudi, dated 08.04.2021. 2.The said I.A.No.2 of 2020 was filed by the petitioner for restoration the order of dismissal of the suit as not pressed. The suit was already dismissed. Therefore, the petitioner herein has no right to agitate the dismissal order passed by the Court below before this Court. The petitioner received the amount, which he already deposited before the Court below.

3.Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is devoid of merits and stands dismissed. No costs.
