ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of Time for Lower Court" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 18.07.2023 and upon perusing the letter received from the Subordinate Judge, Manapparai, in D.No.706/2023, dated 08.12.2023 through the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli in D.No.12005/HC(J)/2023, dated 22.12.2023, seeking further time to dispose of the Case in LAOP.No.39 of 2021 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Manapparai, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of LAOP.No.39 of 2021.

2. The learned Subordinate Judge, Manapparai, Tiruchirappalli District, sent a letter dated 08.12.2023, requesting extension of further time to dispose of LAOP.No.39 of 2021, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 18.07.2023. 2/4

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing LAOP.No.39 of 2021 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
