PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to direct the learned II Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR Court), Tirunelveli District, to consider the petitioner's bail application on the same day of surrender in Crime No.454 of 2026 dated 29.05.2026 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the 12th accused in crime No.454 of 2026, on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction as against the trial Court to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of surrender.

2. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to the learned II Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR Court), Tirunelveli District, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of surrender in crime No.454 of 2026, after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.

3. The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Court on or before 22.06.2026.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
