This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant necessary permission and to give adequate police protection to conduct Mualipparai Urchavam on 13.08.2019 an Erudhukattu Festival on 14.08.2019 of Sri Muthumariyamman and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.17490 of 2019 Karuppanaswamy Temple situated at Perumalmadai Village, R.S.Mangalam Post and Taluk Ramnad District, by immediately considering the petitioner's representation, dated 01.08.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Mualipparai Urchavam on 13.08.2019 an Erudhukattu Festival on 14.08.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 01.08.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith, by imposing necessary conditions.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
