Mr.V.Panneer Selvam, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he do not want to press this Writ Petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition, as the petitioner has already been granted with the relief sought for in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement in that regard.

2.Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Accordingly, in view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 2/4
