Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to make suitable amendment to the Ad hoc Rules governing the post of District Extension Educator in Taminadu Medical Subordinate Service in terms of G.O.(D)No.817 Health and family Welfare(AA1) Department dated 14/08/2012 and G.O. (D) No.913 Health and Family Welfare (R1) Department dated 20.04.2017 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2019 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to make suitable amendment to the Ad hoc Rules governing the post of District Extension Educator in Taminadu Medical Subordinate Service in terms of G.O.(D)No.817 Health and family Welfare(AA1) Department dated 14.08.2012 and G.O.(D) No.913 Health and Family Welfare (R1) Department dated 20.04.2017. 2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that with reference to the prayer sought for in this writ petition, the petitioner sent a representation to the first respondent on 13.07.2019. But, no action has been taken till date.

Hence, the petitioner is before this Court for the relief stated supra. 4.In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2019, would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.In agreement with the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2019 by taking note of the proposal dated 19.06.2019 submitted by the second respondent, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
