Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to carry out the necessary changes in the online 'eservice land register portal' to include 'revenue classification pathway' in the column of 'how the holding is utilized' with respect of the land in Town Survey No.C6/74, Padmanabhapuram 'B' Village, Kalkulam Taluk, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2021.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to carry out necessary changes in the e-service land register portal so as to classify the land bearing Town Survey No.C6/74, Padmanabhapuram 'B' Village, Kalkulam Taluk, as a pathway.
2.The petitioner states that the above mentioned property is classified as a pathway in the village A register. The said pathway is said to constitute the only access to the petitioner's property 1/3
at T.S.No.C6/73. However, it is stated that the column relating to the utilization of land has been left blank in the e-service portal relating to such property. The present writ petition is filed because the representation submitted by the petitioner in this connection was not responded to.
3.Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned counsel for the State, accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's representation may be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law.
4.The petitioner has enclosed a copy of the relevant A register. With regard to the property bearing S.No.C6/74, column 15 contains the entry "Nilaviyal Santhu". Likewise, the petitioner has enclosed the extract from the Town Survey Land Register. The column relating to 'how the holding is utilized' is left blank. Therefore, the petitioner is entitled to a consideration of her representation. 5.Accordingly, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2021 by taking into account the records submitted in support thereof. Such representation shall be disposed of by a reasoned order issued within a period of three
(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner. 6.The W.P(MD).No.17350 of 2021 is disposed of on these terms without any order as to costs.
