ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6508 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8152 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6508 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8152 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on hearing dates. 2/3
