ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the land in Survey Nos.654/4, 5 and 655 in Anna Nagar, Thottiampatti Village, Ponnamaravathy in Pudukottai District and to remove the encroachments made by the fourth respondent. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that there is no encroachment made by the private respondent in the subject land, as projected by the petitioner and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 7163/2022/A2 issued by the second respondent, dated 25.10.2022 before this Court.

3.The aforesaid submission is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission and the communication, dated 25.10.2022, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
