ORDER

(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to grant permission and protection to conduct Kabadi Tournament from 06.00 p.m on 25.09.2021 to 08.00 p.m. on 26.09.2021 at Poondi, Appanthirupathi, Madurai, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2021.

2.In view of the Government Order passed by the Government to contain the Covid - 19 Pandemic situation, granting of permission and protection is not possible now.

3.The petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation after easing of the situation.
