This petition is filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.26 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police. 1/4

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.26 of 2021, which was registered against the accused persons, for the offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of ten months, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks three months time to complete the investigation and file a final report.
