PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, directing the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaint foisted of the 3rd respondent.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein. 2.It is a matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife. The 3rd respondent herein appears to have given a complaint to the 2nd respondent. Based upon that, enquiry has been undertaken in CP.No.G3/34734/2426/2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife. So, the parties were advised to approach proper civil forum for redressing their grievance. On that basis, it was closed on 13.09.2021 3.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in spite of that, the 3rd respondent is repeatedly giving the complaints.

4.If any trouble arises in future, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before the appropriate forum through appropriate proceedings, since the complaint has already been closed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14191 of 2021 and this Court cannot keep the matter pending, anticipating the future complaints by the 3rd respondent herein. 5.With the aforesaid liberty, this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
