ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's Part-I application filed in Form No.2015/33/014/09578/PSMK dated 05.06.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

According to the petitioner, he is said to have filed a Part-I application before the first respondent on 05.06.2015, through on-line for the purpose of starting a Sand Processing and Grading unit. The first respondent has also acknowledged the same. Sofar, no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the petitioner's application/representation will be considered within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner's on-line application is pending from 05.06.2015, the first respondent/Additional Director of Industries & Commerce (DIC), Department of Industries and Commerce, Guindy Industrial Estate, Chennai, is directed to consider the petitioner's on-line application, and pass orders, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
