ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey his property in Survey Nos. 262/4N and 262/2H in F.Keelaiyur Village, Manapparai Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District by considering his online application on 12.06.2025
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.T.Thirumurugan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. According to the petitioner, he purchased the subject property under registered sale deed dated 25.05.2022 and patta for the subject property also stands in his name in patta No.2229. He submitted a
representation before the second respondent on 13.01.2025, seeking survey of the subject property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.
5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not produced online acknowledgment for survey application.
6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce online acknowledgment before the second respondent for having filed an application seeking survey of the property within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of online acknowledgment by the petitioner, the respondents 2 and 3 shall consider the request of the petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks thereafter, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
