1. Public Prosecutor PRAYER :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl MP(MD) No.8154/2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.529/2025 dated 28.08.2024.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 8154 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD). No. 529 of 2024 on 28.08.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was directed to 1/3

report before the concerned Court once in a week at 10.30a.m., and he has been duly complying the condition so far. The petitioner has married the victim and they are having a child and also they are living happily. Due to his poor avocation, prays to relax the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.

4.It is learnt that it is a case of love affair between the accused and the victim girl and they got married and they got a child also. Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and the fact that there is no possibility to take up the appeal immediately, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the concerned Court is relaxed. The other conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 8154 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD).
