Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the 3rd and 4th respondents to stop their construction in TS.No.39/1A3(B) & TS No.39/2 in Ward-C, Block-11, Observatory Road, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District and consequently, to demolish the unauthorized construction put up by the third and fourth respondents by considering the representation given by the petitioner dated 14.10.2016 within the period stipulated by this Court.

comprised in TS.No.39/1A3(B) & TS No.39/2 in Ward-C, Block-11, Observatory Road, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District, as such construction would be without authorization.

2. It is reported by the learned Special Government Pleader that already action has been initiated against the third and fourth respondents. Thus, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
