[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] Seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai, vide order dated 12.04.2022 in S.C.No.19 of 2017, he has filed this criminal miscellaneous petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - Police.

4. This Court by a detailed order dated 28.04.2023 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.13789 of 2022 had dismissed the petition and subsequently the petitioner filed another application in Crl.M.P(MD)No.13879 of 2022 which was also dismissed on 04.06.2024. We find that this is not a fit case for grant of suspension of sentence to the petitioner.

5. Hence, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed. 2/4
