This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 to 7 in Crl.M.P.No.1389 of 2022, dated 06.04.2022 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has already been settled between the parties and the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
