The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondents are attempting to put a drama stage in his land, has submitted a representation and thereafter, filed this writ petition.

2.Learned Special Government Pleader, based on written instructions given by the Commissioner, Thirupathur, dated 03.05.2023, submitted that the petitioner's representation was duly considered and the proposal for constructing the drama stage has been shifted to another location. 2/4
