Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, states that the enquiry in proceedings in A.P.No.1573/2012 has been fixed at 3.00 p.m. on 13.03.2020 before the Respondent and notice would be issued to all parties concerned, including the Petitioner, for the same.

The Respondent shall ensure that there is atleast one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case. After affording full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, the Respondent shall consider each of the contentions raised by the parties and pass reasoned orders on merits in accordance with law, and shall communicate the decision taken to them under written acknowledgment and file a report of such compliance before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 30.06.2020.
