Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.305 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19519 of 2021 on 12.01.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.9409 of 2022 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.305 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19519 of 2021 on 12.01.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
