For Respondent : B.Nambiselvan, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.347 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 379 of I.P.C, in Crime No.347 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to the motive with regard to the money dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the petitioner and others assaulted the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent, he is no way involved in any such offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

5. Considering the fact that the injured is still in hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this anticipatory bail petition deserves dismissal and accordingly dismissed.
