2. This Court ordered notice to the respondent on 01.07.2025 and fresh notice on 06.08.2025. The name of the respondent has been printed in the cause list. However, there is no representation for the respondent either in person or through his counsel and no counter has been filed till date. Hence, we are inclined to condone the delay.
3. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 349 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.
