Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of implementing the order of this Honourable Court passed in W.P.(MD) No.10495 of 2018 dated 11.06.2018.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose petitioner Second Appeal dated 20.03.2018 within a time fixed by this Honble Court and to direct the 3rd respondent to provide the information regarding the copy of rules the basic salary for regarding the post of Lab Assistant on a contract basis under Service Rules. SUB A(MD) No.94 of 2022 The petitioner is present before this Court.

2. The petitioner filed sub application for reopening the contempt petition which was earlier closed.

3. Vide order dated 11.06.2018, the writ petition was disposed of by directing the Information Commission to dispose of the petitioner's second appeal. It appears that the relief sought for by the petitioner was not given.

4. Be that as it may, no positive order was passed. The direction was given only to dispose of the petition mentioned second appeal. If the second appeal is positively disposed of, the petitioner cannot have any grievance. Liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Information Commission. This sub application is dismissed.
