ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 427, 449, 294(b), 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.1120 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 24.06.2023, the accused persons broke open the defacto complainant's law office and damaged the property, which is 1/3
worth about Rs.3,00,000/- and also abused him in filthy language and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as A2 in this case. On 24.06.2023, the accused persons trespassed into the office of the defacto complainant and damaged articles, worth about Rs.3,00,000/-. On 12.01.2023, similar offence took place and hence, he locked the office. Again, the accused persons broke open the lock and caused damage.
5.It is seen that there was continuos trouble between the parties with regard to the advocate office. Due to the same, the accused persons herein caused damaged to the articles, which are kept in the office. Hence, the petitioner is not entitled to anticipatory bail.
