ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.12 of 2020, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV, Thoothukudi.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submits that the trial was commenced and witnesses P.W.1 to P.W.7 have been examined. At this stage, the petitioner sought permission to raise his contention before the trial Court.

3. By taking note of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the following terms:

(i) The learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi, is hereby directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.12 of 2020, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

(ii)The petitioner is at liberty to raise their contentions before the trial Court.
