This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and necessary police protection to perform the cultural programme (ie.,) Adal Padal Dance Programme on 12.08.2019 at 7.00pm to 11.00 pm in the festival of Arulmighu Sri Kannimar Kannadiyar Thirukovil at Kombukaranendhal, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that already order has been passed granting permission to the petitioner to conduct Adal Padal Programme.

3. In the above circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
