This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and necessary Police Protection to perform the cultural programme (ie.,) Adal Padal Dance Programme on 13.08.2019 at 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm in the Festival of Arulmighu Sri Veera Azhagar Thirukovil at Sundarapuram Kadaiveethi, Manamadurai, Sivagangai.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that already order has been passed granting permission to the petitioner to conduct Adal Padal Programme.
