The petitioner, who is an accused in Crime No.132 of 2025, has filed this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.132 of 2025 registered against him for the offence under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 351(3) of BNS 2023.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that during the investigation, they found that there is no material as against the petitioner and therefore, they have deleted the name of the petitioner from the FIR.
