ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under sections 294(b), 353 and 506(i)IPC seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 31.08.2021 around 4.55pm the petitioner in an inebriated condition came to the office of the District Forest Officer, Sivagangai, abused, threatened the Superintendent of the office with dire consequences and prevented him from discharging his official duty. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has abused, threatened and prevented a Government official from discharging his official duty. Further the petitioner has involved in the following seven other cases:
