This writ petition has been filed, questioning the lease granted in favour of the second respondent in respect of collection of parking fee.

3. It is seen that the lease period granted to the second

respondent itself is over and hence this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities for appropriate grant of lease. No costs.
