This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to register the case, based on the complaint dated 30.11.2019 and consider the petitioner's representation, dated 27.10.2020. 2.There was no representation for the petitioner, when the matter was called on 12.12.2022. Today the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal and there is no representation for the petitioner today also. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on instructions, submitted that enquiry was conducted, pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner appeared and stated that he is not interested to pursue the complaint. 2/4
