ORDER
This Writ of Mandamus has been filed, seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent, to prepare a list of Non Medical Supervisors for Non Medical Supervisor Training, as per the seniority, based on the date of joining as the Non Medical Supervisor, by including the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The background facts leading to the filing of this writ petition is that the petitioner was appointed as Leprosy Inspector on 09.03.1988 and he was working as Health Inspector Grade-I.B from 01.08.1997. He was given promotion to the post of Non Medical Supervisor on 22.12.2014. The post of Health Inspector Grade-I.B has been recently re-designated as Multipurpose Health https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Supervisor. Several batches of Non Medical Supervisors are being sent for training, but the petitioner has not been sent for training so far. Under such circumstances, a representation dated 07.08.2016 has been given by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent, seeking priority in sending him for training. As the said representation is not considered, this writ petition has been filed.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.08.2016 and to pass orders.
4.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.08.2016 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
