O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to comply the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.4766 of 2012, dated 11.03.2013 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 31.08.2016.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier the petitioner filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.4766 of 2012 for a direction to the respondent to delete the name of the petitioner from the history sheet and this Court, by order dated 11.03.2013, directed the respondent to review the case of the petitioner on or before 15.04.2013.

4. It is further submitted that since the petitioner's case was not reviewed, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent on 31.08.2016, however, it was not considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

5. Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.08.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
