RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this court in Crl O.P (MD) no.11326 of 2022 dt. 24.06.2022 on the file of this Honble court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUL JENIFER.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11326 of 2022 on 24.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advcoate (Crl.side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Singampunaeri, on 06.07.2022.
