ORDER
In view of the innocuous relief that is prayed in the writ petition, the same is disposed of at the admission stage. It is made clear that no notice was issued to respondents 5 to 7, in view of the relief that is granted. This Court is also not expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue. 2.It can be seen that the petitioner had made a representation dated 09.05.2026 claiming rights with reference to the property bearing survey numbers at Kidaripatti village. It is his apprehension that the private parties herein may wrongly deal with the said property. On payment of the requisite charges, the representation of the petitioner shall be treated as an objections and be kept on record. As and when any document is filed, the objection
shall be enquired into by issuing notice to both parties and shall be dealt with in the manner known to law.
3.With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
