ORDER

The petitioner seeks police protection to him.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petition has been closed as "civil in nature".

3. In view thereof, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate civil Court and if and when any order of the civil Court is obtained, he can again approach the respondent police and the respondent police shall grant of production, in terms of the civil court order.
