The petitioner has submitted an application to survey his land in Survey No. 547/20 situated at Kidaripatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai to the respondent through a registered post on 21.06.2023 and he has approached this Court on 27.06.2023 that his application for survey has not yet been considered.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent submits that the application of the petitioner dated 21.06.2023 was received by the respondent only on 23.06.2023 and the application would be considered on its seniority and depending upon it merits within a period of four weeks. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the application of the petitioner was already received by the respondent on 23.06.2023, this writ 2/4
