ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in SPL.S.C.No.52 of 2020. 2.This Court already dismissed the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 03.12.2020 and directed the trial Court to proceed with the trial and dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Srivilliputtur, requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Sessions Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted for disposing SPL.S.C.No.52 of 2020 and the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
