expedite the disposal of E.P.No.103 of 2025 in RLTOP No.68 of 2021 and to pass order within time frame as fixed by this Court. In both petitions For Petitioner : Mr.A.Ferozkhan COMMON ORDER Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 18.06.2026, the learned Principal District Munsif, Madurai, has sent a report seeking three months' time to dispose the aforesaid execution petitions. 2.In terms of Section 37(3) of the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017, the Court is called upon to dispose of the execution petition within a period of 30 days. In the case on hand, the execution petitions have been pending from the year 2025. Thirty days time fixed by the statute has long gone by. Hence, the learned Judge shall dispose of E.P.No.101 of 2025 in RLTOP No.26 of 2021 and E.P.No.103 of 2025 in RLTOP No.68 of 2021 as expeditious as possible, preferably, within a period of 30 days from today (i.e., 24.06.2026). 3.With the above directions, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
